Recommend it for a couple's getaway

The service from the staff was excellent they greeted us with warm smiles and made sure we were comfortable. Also the rooftop bar was a highlight we enjoyed some good samosas and the view was fine.

It wasn't inexpensive but honestly it was reasonable for what you get.

Had amazing stay on holidays with incredibly nice staff and beautiful location in the city center. Location: the hotel was near eating areas, the restaurant and the airport. I thoroughly enjoyed the stay here.

A GREAT stay in Kisumu. 200 feet from the hotel you'll find Simba Club, you'll definitely enjoy your meal. We liked the fact that we chose imperial.

The farm-to-table concept really stood out, with fresh ingredients making every meal nice. Our room was comfortable, and the rooftop views were amazing during sunset.

My wife says that the waiting times could be shorter.

The centrally located Sarova Imperial offers clean, spacious rooms and very professional staff. The breakfast selection is extensive and always well-stocked. The highlight was the rooftop restaurant, where the local chicken was really good. The hotel provides comfortable meeting areas perfect for networking over tea and snacks.

Had to wait over an hour for our room to be ready.

I really enjoyed my stay, especially when Monica helped me get a mini-fridge for my drinks and the beds were super comfy. There are nice spots to relax, like the beautiful rooftop view and the cozy lounge area. One thing I'd note is that it took a bit too long to get our room arrangement sorted, but everything else was great 😊

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The staff was responsive-each request met within minutes! Dining options offered a good mix of international and local cuisines, particularly enjoying a delicious lunch. Make sure to check out the rooftop lounge for fine views. Parking is limited, so arrive early!

Wi-Fi was decent, room had air conditioning, but the shower needed maintenance.

This place has a super convenient location, right next to restaurants and bars, the lakeside, and the city center. Plus, it's only a kilometer away from St Paul's Church.

The breakfast had a great variety, and the staff's friendliness. Victor, in particular, provided really good service. The location is convenient for exploring nearby attractions.

The dining area felt a bit too open, lacking privacy for couples.

The staff was lovely and the hotel was clean. the location of the hotel was the best, close to Central Kisumu and Tilapia Beach. the room was beautiful and impressive. I truly enjoyed the delicious food available at the hotel.
